ASM Members:

A committee consisting of Hugh Genoways (chair), Sue McLaren, and Jerry Choate were charged with revisiting the ASM Bylaws and Rules.  It has been several years since we’ve revised both and it was clear that there were sections of both that needed to be updated.

The attached document reflects these changes.  The additions are in yellow and the deletions also marked yellow but with a line drawn through the words.

The proposed Bylaws and Rule changes will be voted upon at the upcoming open Membership Meeting in June.
